BRING YOUR BRAIN INTO YOUR WORKOUT

Movements are orchestrated by our brain. If we want to improve the way we move, we need to exercise our brain and our nervous system. They are the software of our body.

Everyday, our body are challenged with stress, aging or overuses, we need to upgrade our software, to maintain or regain optimal fitness.

DON'T EXERCISE, LEARN

If we exercise muscles or stretch them, when we quit exercising, we are loosing the benefit hardly gained.

But if our strength and flexibility comes from learning how to distribute the effort through our  entire self, through the way we organize our skeleton into gravity, this knowledge will remain and will be exercise in every activity we are doing, reinforcing it. The learning is exponential.

RECLAIM YOUR SKELETON

The way our skeleton and its bones is organized is the key for a efficient  movement. But it's missing from our self image, because it's buried under tissues. Working with awareness, and the feedback from the ground and touch, you will learn how to use the power of your bones.

IMAGINATION IS MORE POWERFUL THAN WILLPOWER

Whether  you are imagining a movement or doing it, the same neurons in the brain are activated. For the brain, you are actually doing the movement but without tiring the muscles, and without the restrictions of pain or injury. Athletes review their routine in their imagination. Willpower like pain, is counterproductive in learning. This is particularly efficient to recover from injuries or chronic pain.
