As we grow up, we somehow, lose this ability to move without boundaries. The Feldenkrais Method will guide you to revisit all these possibilities that are still in you, and regain that vitality and self confidence in yourself. Chronic pain, is often the result of a misuse of a part of ourselves or can be the hidden memory of a old injury. Once you will have learned to use yourself in a different way, the pain will disappear as we are addressing the cause and not the symptoms.
